The Offshore Technology Conference in Houston has come to a close. While attendance was visibly reduced from past years (we’ll see how they report the numbers in a week or two), the event was memorable and valuable. Rather than massive amounts of “tire kickers”, it appeared that most attendees had a specific mission and purpose for attending.
